Kayla Tullis is an expert with over six years of experience in instructional design, technical writing, and training delivery. He is the Chief Technical Consultant (Founder and Chief Technical Officer) of KTech Consulting, LLC. Kayla specializes in technical documentation, training development, and training delivery.
Kayla is a powerful force in the workplace and uses his breadth of knowledge in adult learning theories and instructional design to help departments and teams accomplish their learning, education, and training goals.
Kayla holds a master's degree in Applied Information Technology from Towson University and is pursuing his doctoral degree (EdD) from Baylor University in Learning and Organizational Change. Kayla is inspired daily by his partner, biological family, and chosen family.
Kayla's passion is bringing people together to create a safe space and community where people can be and celebrate their genuine selves.
